Refunds can only be issued by the merchant because they need to invalidate the voucher codes before they can issue a refund. To get a refund, contact the merchant’s support team directly. The merchant support contact info is included in the confirmation email sent to you.

Even though ShopSocially sold you the voucher, ShopSocially cannot issue your a refund directly without the merchant’s express authorization. We are sorry, but we cannot accept a direct refund request from you.

However, if you are unable to get resolution directly from the merchant, ShopSocially is happy to help by escalating the issue with the merchant. In such cases, it may take a little longer to resolve your query because we will have to go back and forth with the merchant.
