Approval

The Loyalty Approval tab is for to moderate the following:


Points Activity: Moderate the loyalty points of users.

Tier Activity: Moderate the loyalty levels of users.


Please follow steps given below:

1. Login to Merchant Centre.

2. Click Loyalty tab.

3. In Loyalty tab, click Approval tab. Please select the date range. Refer to Figure: Approval.

Please note: A search functionality is available to search by email, for both, points transactions and tier transactions.


Detailed explanation is given separately in sections below.


Points Activity


If you have set any activity for manual approval, then all loyalty transactions for that activity will show up in Que on this tab. You can take appropriate actions for pending, approved and rejected points for a user. This will then reflect in the user's Loyalty Dashboard.


Please follow steps given below:

1. In Loyalty tab, in Approval, click Points Activity.

2. Select appropriate check box (s). As per selection Pending, Approved, and Rejected points of users will be displayed.

3. Take appropriate action.


You can do the following actions:

1. Approve or Reject, Pending points for users.

2. Reject, Approved points for users.

3. Approve, Rejected points for users.


The user can view points status using filters on user's Loyalty Dashboard. Refer to Figure: User Dashboard 1.

Tier Activity


If you have set manual approval for levels, then loyalty levels for all users will show up in Que on this tab. You can take appropriate actions for pending, approved and rejected loyalty levels for users. This will then reflect in the user's Loyalty Dashboard.


Please follow steps given below: 

1. In Loyalty tab, in Approval, click Tier Activity
2. Select from drop down, appropriate level. As per selection Pending, or Approved, or Rejected level of user will be displayed. 
3. Take appropriate action.


You can do the following actions:
1. Approve or Reject, Pending level for user. 
2. Reject, Approved level for user. 

3. Approve, Rejected level for user.


The user can view level status on user's Loyalty Dashboard. Refer to Figure: User Loyalty Dashboard 2.
